Diana JamalDiana Jamal has worked with children for 31 years as an elementary school teacher. She received her Bachelor of Arts with a concentration in Linguistics from the University of Ottawa, and her Bachelor of Education degree at Saint Thomas University inFredericton, New Brunswick. She sang in choirs since she was a child and developed a love for singing. She took a break from teaching in order to pursue an education in Music. Diana is a trained vocalist who cantors in churches in the Ottawa area where she resides. She continues her journey of discovery to uncover and develop her talents.The artwork for this book is part of the body of original paintings that Diana has built up since she began painting in 2016. She is a self-taught artist who enjoys working in acrylics but will sometimes create in oils.
