Derek StenningTrained as a traditional animator, Derek is a concept artist and illustrator working in the game development field. Over the years he has worked on projects for companies like Microsoft and Nintendo, as well as several smaller start-ups and independet studios.

His personal project, Entartete Kunst, or the EK Series, was undertaken to get back to his creative roots. This project has been translated into numerous other forms, including book/magazine cover art, limited edition art prints, and a line of resin model kits, to name a few. This is his second EK art book, following Born in Concrete: The EK Series, also published by Design Studio Press.

Derek lives in Victoria, BC, with his wife and two children.
