Derek EvansDerek Evans has served two terms as Deputy Secretary General of Amnesty International, and has led more than 70 international delegations conducting human rights investigations or peace negotiations. He was formerly Executive Director of the NaramataCentre, one of Canada's foremost experiential learning institutes.
