Dennis Dijkzeul Dennis Dijkzeul is Professor in the Management of Humanitarian Crises at the Institute of International Law for Peace and Armed Conflict at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum in Germany. From 2000 to 2002, he founded and directed the Humanitarian Afairs Program at the School of International and Public Affairs at Columbia University.
