Denis G RobertsonDenis Robertson, the son of Graeme Robertson, had a career with many similarities but some differences to that of his father. The similarities were graduation in medicine from Melbourne University, postgraduate training in London, and a later return o a senior medical staff position in Melbourne. The differences were his postgraduate training in London at the Brompton Hospital for chest diseases and then at the Royal postgraduate medical school, followed by a research fellowship at McMaster University in Canada. After returning to Melbourne, Denis worked at the Alfred Hospital and in private practice. He met his wife in Canada and they still live in Melbourne, as do their two daughters and their families.
