Dell LemmonDell Lemmon received a BFA in acting from Boston University and then spent two years studying mime in Paris with Etienne Decroux. Later, she earned an MA and PhD in Performance Studies from New York University, where she won an award for her dissertaion on Michael Fried's theories of theatricality and the contemporary visual arts. Her poetry has appeared in journals such as The Straddler, WSQ, Mudfish, PMS (poemmemoirstory), and Washington Square Review. She has read her poems at Poetry Project's New Year's Day Marathon, KGB Bar, Brooklyn Poets, and the Fine Arts Work Center in Provincetown. She lives in Brooklyn and her poems will soon appear in the inaugural volume of THE BROOKLYN POETS ANTHOLOGY published by Brooklyn Arts Press. Read More Read Less
