Debra Addison SteffensDebra has always loved history and knowing that her Great great-grandfather actually fought in the war for Texas Independence made her very proud. Many of her family trips were to historical places, because of this love of history. This love of histoy and science, came in handy while she was teaching elementary school and allowed her to create an interest in her students for the topics she taught. Debra retired in 2016 in order to spend more time with parents and travel. She and her husband live in the same country house and farm that Debra grew up in.
