Debra a AllenApostle Dr. Debra A. Allen is the CEO and founder of New Hope World Outreach and Debra Allen Ministries. She is a native of El Dorado, Arkansas and spent the majority of her adult years in Blytheville, Arkansas, before moving to Fort Lauderdale, Florda in 1995. As an apostle and church planter, Apostle Allen provides oversight to various ministries in the US and abroad. She conducts seminars and hosts conferences to prepare and equip leaders for ministry. An educator by profession, Dr. Allen has over 30 years of experience in higher education teaching and administration. Over the years, she has been instrumental in assisting in the establishment of educational institutions, including Christian universities. Of all her accomplishments as a motivational speaker, author, facilitator, grant writer, business woman, and nonprofit leader, her greatest love is the study and teaching of the Word of God and imparting that knowledge to others.
