Debal PramanikDr. Debal Pramanik is an Assistant Professor at the Swami Vivekananda Institute of Science & Technology, Rajpur Sonarpur, West Bengal, India. He obtained a Ph.D. in Engineering at Jadavpur University, Kolkata, in the Production Engineering Department His research interests include Advanced Manufacturing Technology, more specifically Laser Beam Machining, Additive Manufacturing, and Electro-Discharge Machining. Dr. Pramanik published 5 (Five) SCI and 4 (Four) SCOPUS indexed Journals, 12 (Twelve) International Conference Proceedings, and 5 (Five) Invited Book Chapters. Dr. Pramanik received financial aid from TEQIP Phase II and RUSA 2.0 to conduct his Ph.D.research. Dr. Pramanik received a Medal in Master of Technology from the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (Formally known as West Bengal University of Technology) in the year 2015.
