Dean Sj BrackleyDean Brackley, SJ, (1946-2011) served as Professor of Theology and Ethics and Director of the School for Religious Education at the Central American University, San Salvador, following the massacre of the Jesuits there by the Salvadoran army in 1989.Father Brackley received a PhD in religious social ethics from the University of Chicago Divinity School in 1980 and worked for most of the '80s as an educator and organizer for a church-sponsored leadership program in the South Bronx, New York.
