He has been invited as a keynote speaker at several national and international conferences and has authored articles on the subject of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM), leadership. performance management, and ethics. Manny co- authored the four volume book OBM Applied!, co authored with Dr. Paul Gavoni the book Quick Wins! and coauthored with Dr. Natalie Parks the book OBM Entrepreneur. Manny had the great honor of serving as President and Executive Director of the OBM Network, a non-profit organization which he helped grow to over 400 professionals. In addition, Manny has helped launch successful startups, provided direct consulting to small and large businesses, and has taught university coursework at over ten major colleges. Manny received a dual bachelor's degree in criminology and psychology from Florida State University, a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis at the Florida Institute of Technology, and his Doctorate of Business Administration from the University of South Florida's MUMA College of Business. Currently Manny fills his day serving the role of Continuous Improvement Manager for Trenton Corporation based in Ann Arbor Michigan, and is CEO of Bueno Ventures Management Services, a business consultancy, and venture capital investment company.
