David OsborneDavid Osborne was born and raised in Appalachia. He taught high school for many years and retired as a high school principal. He also spent twenty-six years in the military, including active and reserve time. He lived in Arizona and Colorado, and traels extensively in the west. He has a lifelong interest in the Old West and its history. Because of this interest, he became a writer. His works include short stories and novels about his childhood in the Appalachian region, and several western novels. Osborne currently resides with his wife, Pat, in Savannah, Georgia.
