David MetzenthenDavid Metzenthen is a Melbourne-based author for young readers. He's written dozens of books for children and young adults, including One Runaway Rabbit, Johnny Hart's Heroes, Boys of Blood and Bone, Wildlight: A Journey, Augustin and the Hot Air Baloon and Jarvis. Metzenthen has received many awards for excellence, including the 2000 CBCA Book of the Year Award for Older Readers, a 2003 Victorian Premier's Literary Award and a 2003 Queensland Premier's Literary Award.
