He is the author of multiple books including: Spying: Assessing U.S. Domestic Intelligence Since 9/11; Securing the Private Sector; Te FBI Abroad; and Political Influence Operations. His work has been published by multiple peer-reviewed journals including Intelligence and National Security and the International Journal of Intelligence and Counterintelligence as well as by publications including Lawfare and Just Security. Mr. Tromblay holds an MA from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University, an MS from the National Intelligence University, and a BA from the University of California, Riverside.
