Darren AllfordDarren Allford is a self-taught maker of celebration cakes and customised cake toppers. Professionally trained as an executive assistant, Darren has spent the last decade indulging his creative side by creating extravagant visions of his imagination ut of fondant and clay and he is delighted to get to share his knowledge and skill in this his debut published work.
