Danilo RussoDanilo Russo is the head of the Wildlife Research Unit and an associate professor of Ecology at Naples University Federico II and an honorary member at the University of Bristol, UK. He received his PhD from the University of Bristol in Nature Sciencs. His interests include habitat selection, resource partitioning, sensory ecology, social behavior, evolutionary biology, biogeography, and invasion ecology. Much of his research focuses on bats. Since 2019 he has been chairing the Scientific Committee of the UNEP/EUROBATS Agreement (i.e. the Agreement on the Conservation of Populations of European Bats). Dr. Russo proudly serves as the editor-in-chief of the top-ranking zoological journal Mammal Review. He is also the main proposer and the chair of the Management Committee of the EU COST Action "CLIMBATS" (CA18107). Prof. Russo has published over 140 scientific articles. Read More Read Less
