Daniel ScherDaniel Scher is a mathematics educator, researcher, software developer, and writer. He received his Ph.D. in Mathematics Education from NYU, where he also taught a pre-service geometry course. He was a principal investigator of two NSF-funded grants:the Dynamic Number Project and the Forging Connections Project. He has also worked as a researcher at Education Development Center (EDC) and as a program director at Best Practices in Education.
