Dameon K WroeDameon K. Wroe is a former recording artist with Capitol Records. His professional writing career began while he was in the music business back in the early 90's. After his R&B singing group eventually lost their record deal, Dameon Wroe continued hi songwriting endeavors on a solo basis. In 1999, Wroe landed a few of his original songs on a compliation album that was launched under the White Lion Productions. From that compliation CD, the first single that was released hit the Billboard charts at the number 49 position, and ultimately climbed up the charts to the number 19 position. During his professional career in the entertainment industry, Dameon Wroe has worked with such entertainers as: Brian McKnight, comedian Robert Townsend, Don Cheadle, The Hudlin Brothers and Marques Houston. Based on principles that he learned while in the entertainment industry, Wroe started his own publishing company back in 1999 and self-published his first book, True Inspirations - A Poetry Collection, Vol. I back in May of 2000.
