Débora de OliveiraDébora de Oliveira holds a Master's in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC, Brazil) and a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1999). She currently works as a permanent profssor in the Postgraduate Program in Chemical Engineering and the Postgraduate Program in Food Engineering, both at UFSC. She works as a reviewer for several scientific journals in the area too, including Food Chemistry, Biochemical Engineering Journal, Chemical Engineering Science, Applied Biochemistry and Biotechnology, Food Science and Technology (Online), Brazilian Journal of Chemical Engineering, Journal of Chemical and Engineering Data, Journal of Food Engineering, Enzyme and Microbial Technology, and FUEL. She has experience in the field of biotechnology, mainly enzymology, working over the last 20 years in the following topics.
