Cynthia Babers StaffordDr. Cynthia Babers Stafford is a special educator, behavior analyst, writer of articles published in professional journals, and her debut novel entitled Three Trillion Drops of Water: Vietnam, a Hero, and Home. She has a B.S. Nursing degree from the niversity of Florida. Her interest in children with behavioral disorders led to Masters and Doctor of Education degrees from Ball State University. After a 20-year career in special education centering on students and their parents at elementary and secondary levels, she founded a 501c3 organization that focused on marginalized populations and instituted services enabling access to healthcare and improving quality of life.
