Craig OdanovichCraig Odanovich grew up in Flour Bluff, Texas. In an era before Dairy Queen officially expanded their menu beyond dessert, Craig learned entrepreneurial principles working for the family-owned franchise. Later as a young music entrepreneur, Odanovichlaunched a successful record store: Craig's Record Factory. It was a time when neighborhood record stores were still a prime point of connection between popular music and the public. The experience augmented Craig's passion for music and prepared him for future business ventures. Craig rose to the executive level in the early video rental industry. He competed neck-to-neck with Blockbuster and led growth for the regional grocery chain H-E-B. Craig continued to apply his skills towards building value in subsequent competitive business arenas until his retirement. Not one to shy away from a new endeavor, Craig dove into writing. In two and a half years, he published the steamy adventure trilogy, the Black Widow Trainer. Throughout the many stages of his career, Odanovich maintained interest in popular music and film. Three decades of avidly collecting music and watching movies provided a wellspring of inspiration for the author. Odanovich currently pursues his writing career in San Antonio, Texas. He and his wife, Cathie, have four children. Craig has many interests from family and grandkids, to sporting events and world affairs. "After writing my trilogy I always said that if I wrote another book it would be more like The Old Man and the Sea. I didn't realize that old man would be me." Read More Read Less
