Collin Tennant McNewCollin Tennant McNew, born in Atlanta, Georgia in 1991, grew up in the suburbs north of the city, where he played high-level soccer thru his teenage years and ultimately earned a Division-I scholarship. His passion for The Beautiful Game led him to sudy abroad in Spain and Costa Rica before venturing to Brasil for the FIFA World Cup in 2014, which would provide the life-changing material for his first self-published memoir. After backpacking thru South America in 2016, Collin has settled in Loja, Ecuador with his fiancée, where they enjoy hiking and camping in the Andes mountains.
