Colin HastingsColin Hastings is the founder of The Carbon Buddy Project and author of The Carbon Buddy Manual. He has a Masters and PhD in Organisational Psychology from Birkbeck College, London University. He then went on to work at Ashridge Management College (nw Hult Ashridge Executive Education), where he became Head of Organisational Behaviour and founder of Ashridge's first specialised consultancy unit, Ashridge Teamworking. He spent the subsequent fifteen years running his own freelance organisational change consultancy, specialising in innovation, the management of change, teamworking, and project leadership.
