He has been appointed an ICC Arbitrator on an IT dispute and is on the WIPO pane of Arbitrators. He is also on the WIPO panel of experts for domain name disputes and has been on the Nominet panel of experts. He has been involved in many of the leading IP disputes in the UK and overseas. He is particularly experienced in multi-jurisdictional litigation. Clive is admitted in Hong Kong and Australia.
