Cleous G YoungOriginally from St. Thomas, Jamaica, Young is a former charter school 4th-grade teacher who ventured off into the community to create his social enterprise, I AM BIGinner Social Cause. As a Social Entrepreneur, Young uses his academic teaching experince to deliver an unconventional way of addressing different social subjects. Young was able to develop and teach his own Self Development Course within the local community and through the Temple University Community Program- PASCEP. The Course aligns with finding one's Value, Worth, and recognizing how an individual's Growth and Development can contribute to society and the life of others. Young has since transitioned this enterprise into a NON-PROFIT Foundation, The TEB-IT Foundation, an entity that focuses on personal and social safety through the use of Aviation Principles, particularly those within the airport industry. Young is a former member of the Bill Clinton Global Initiative, in which he received training on how to resolve global social challenges from a local community level. Young obtained his second degree in Human Services & Psychology, which allowed him to become a Behavioral Therapist, whereas he fostered clinical interventions to elementary students with behavior challenges. With all the training, degrees, and experiences that Young has gained over the years, he now channels his teaching ability to help contribute towards germinating new results around social challenges. Young has seen his personal growth and development in his love for untraditional teaching, and the impact of his role as an unconventional teacher has on the community. Therefore, he uses his ability in the form of the creative ARTS to socially educate the mass. He is steadfast in his current journey of addressing safety as an essential element to a person's overall growth, strength, healing, and development. Beyond teaching, Young engages himself in training parents, teachers, and regular members of the community, untraditional methods for dealing with the social issue of bullying.
