Claudio De StefaniClaudio De Stefani (Venice, Italy, 5-XII-1963) is Associate Professor of Greek Literature at the Universita della Campania. He edited the first canto of the Paraphrase of Nonnus of Panopolis (Bologna 2002), the ecphrastic poems of Paul the Silentiary(Berlin-New York 2011), and the Arabic translation of Galen's book on fevers, De differentiis febrium (Rome, 2011). He also widely published on Hellenistic and Late Antique poetry (including editions of papyri) and on ancient medicine. He is currently working on Aristeides' edition (forthcoming in the C. U.
