Claudia RijckenClaudia has an educational background as a pharmacist, obtained a PhD in Pharmacoepidemiology and a business Master in Health Administration (MHA). After being in a number of community pharmacy roles, she moved into clinical drug development and servd in roles of increasing responsibility at Organon and Novartis. She moved within Novartis internationally in leadership roles in Market Access and Digital Innovation. After initiating the first edition of this book, Claudia developed the course Digital Pharmaceutical Care for Masterstudents of Pharmacy and started lecturing at the University of Utrecht. In parallel, she is founder and CEO of the start/scale-up Pharmi, which develops and commercializes digital pharmaceutical care modules for pharmaceutical care providers.
