Claudia CharlotClaudia was born and grew up in Jamaica. She holds an MBA and a doctorate in Transformational Leadership. She met her husband, Guenson (a Haitian), at age sixteen at Bible college in Jamaica. Claudia is the director of Hand-Up Micro Credit in Cap-Haiian and dean of business at Emmaus University, where Guenson is president.
