Cj KatzCJ Katz is a food writer and documentary food photographer based in Saskatchewan. She has been actively involved in the local food scene in Saskatchewan for nearly ten years. Her focus is on telling the story behind the food: where it comes from, whogrows it, and who cooks it. In addition to writing and photographing, CJ is the culinary host of The Wheatland Cafe on CTV. She is also the Senior Saskatchewan Judge for Gold Medal Plates, and the Saskatchewan judge for the Canadian Culinary Championships.
