Chuck NorwoodChuck Norwood makes his home in St. Cloud, Minnesota and is employed as Technical Director for the Paramount Center for the Arts. Chuck has been making photographs for 30 years. He is a member of the Artist Guild of Central Minnesota, the Great RiverArts Association of Little Falls and the Arts Alliance of Elk River, Minnesota.
