Chuck CliburnChuck Cliburn is a business consultant and lobbyist in Tallahassee, Florida. Prior to founding his consulting firm, New Capitol IT in 2013, he worked for 38 years in the IT industry, including 30 years with tech giants Unisys (previously Sperry Univa and Burroughs) and ACS, a Xerox Company/Xerox. He began his career as a Sales and Marketing trainee with Burroughs in 1974 and completed his corporate career as Senior Vice President and Florida Client Executive for Xerox in 2012. Before reaching his 30th birthday, Chuck, his wife Madelin, and their son Brian experienced four corporate moves crisscrossing the country from Phoenix to Las Vegas to Miami to Philadelphia to Tallahassee where he held management positions in all these cities.
