Christine TitihChristine Titih is the founder and President of Oaks of Central PA, a 501 c3 not-for-profit whose mission is to empower, promote and advocate for the African immigrant and refugee community in the Greater Harrisburg area. She is also the CEO of CT Hoe Care Services, which provides home and community-based services to adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Christine hails from Bali in the North West region of Cameroon and holds an MBA in International Business from Point Park University, Pittsburg, PA.
