Christine HarmanChristine Harman has served as director of Christian Formation Ministries for the North Carolina Annual Conference of The United Methodist Church for 11 years. Formerly, she worked on the Kentucky Conference staff for 10 years; her portfolio includedleadership development and discipleship formation ministries. Prior to this, Harman focused on quality improvement systems through her work in the banking industry and served as conference lay leader in the former Louisville Annual Conference.
