This passion was ingrained in her as a child growing up in an Italian-American family in Southern California. Once that passion was unleased as an adult, Christina turned to write a cookbook series. Her first cookbook published in 2019 "From Vine to Table: The Unexpected Joy of Zucchini's Magic." Cookbook two in the series "From Vine to Table: Everything Tomatoes, The Fruit of Love" will publish in spring 2021. Christina Cavallaro Edick now lives in Oregon.
