She has shared her servant leadership attitude and head for strategy with dozens of clients over thirty years. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in English and Journalism from Augustana University, Sioux Falls, SD, and her Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and Nonprofit Management from Northcentral University, La Jolla, CA. Christel is a Hawley, MN native who now lives in northwest Missouri between Kansas City and St. Joseph in a log home with her husband, daughter, and French Brittany.
