Chloe PembertonChloe is a Vermont native, where she and her husband raised their son and daughter. She taught jewelry making, made and sold her designs at craft fairs, shops, and farmer's markets while living in the Green Mountain State. She relocated to Clearwater Florida in 2012, with her husband, and started writing jewelry instructions while working as a jewelry instructor for an art studio.
