Chitra ThakurDr. Thakur has expertise in molecular oncology and has been working in environmental carcinogenesis, mouse models of human cancers, and the molecular mechanisms implicated in human lung and breast cancers. She sits on the editorial board of several sientific journals and is actively involved in the editorial peer-review process and policy-making. She has published outstanding research articles contributing to the discovery of signal transduction pathways, chemotherapeutic drug resistance implicated in human lung and breast cancers, cancer epigenetics and cancer metabolism.
