Cheryl A PasiekaCheryl Pasieka was raised in Ontario and moved to Alberta in her early twenties. Now retired, Cheryl spent the majority of her career in the field of Human Resources, a career that she loved and a career that taught her compassion for others and wantng to reach out and help.

Over the last four years, Cheryl was determined to make a change to her health, both physically and mentally. Just as she listened to a calling to go to addiction recovery, she also had a strong calling to write about her recent journey. Her goal is to reach out to others and inspire them to make changes in their lives towards a life of Pure Joy.

There is a small window of opportunity to show our compassion towards others during our lifetime, and Cheryl is choosing this path to perhaps make a small difference in other's lives. She relies deeply on her spirituality and belief that those who have passed on from this life surround her and continue to guide her.
