Charles BachmanCharles Bachman has published six books of poetry, and his articles have appeared in Modern Drama and The German Quaterly. He holds a Ph.D. in Comparative Literature from Indiana University, and is a Professor Emeritus of Buffalo State College, wherehe specialized in Native American/American Indian Literature. In 2010, he was given the Buffalo State President's Award for the Advancement of Equity and Campus Diversity. For twenty-five years he had a second active career as an operatic baritone, singing twenty-six major roles as well as numerous concert and recital performances.
