As an international consultant with expertise in clinical traumatology, cultural, community, and liberation psychologies, she has conducted research, provided clinical services, consultation and workshops in Mexico, Ecuador, Haiti, Ukraine, Ghana, Ethiopia, and Zambia to name a few.
