Cecilia FeeleyCecilia Feeley, Ph.D., is the Transportation Autism Project Manager at Rutgers University and runs Feeley Consulting, where her focus is transportation and mobility for persons with autism and related developmental disabilities. In 2019, Feeley's papr on the Paratransit Skills Assessment won the National Academies TRB Best Paper Award in Public Transportation.
