Cecile RavellCecile Ravell is a creative memoir author and poet. She was born in 'Hell's Kitchen', in Midtown Manhattan, and spent her early childhood in Brooklyn, NYC. Her family returned to Malta when she was four years old, then immigrated to Melbourne, Austraia, when she was five. She lives in a 'leafy' suburb of Melbourne. She spends her time travelling the world and writing, and attributes her love of travelling to her early life. Her novellas include 'Love on a Faultline' and 'Dilemmas of a Middle-aged Madonna'. She has won first prize for her short-story 'The Drama of Dying', and for two flash-fiction stories 'On My Merits' and 'Not So Cocky Now'.
