Catrina LynnAs a parent herself, Catrina has learned that in this ever-changing world, we are constantly finding out new things about how the human body and mind work. Science now tells us that learning to control your thinking can help you to control the way yo feel, which can make a huge difference on your overall happiness. But it takes practice. Catrina was not raised knowing this or how to do it. Therefore, she struggled a lot in her life with extreme depression, as did her son (who is now almost 23). As a parent, she wishes she'd had the knowledge found in this book sooner. She feels that if she could have taught it to her son at a really young age, he'd be in a much happier place now. But the past can't be changed.
