Cathey EdgingtonThe idea of writing a book came to Cathey Edgington after hearing her friend, Sandy Cleary, talk about writing her own book. Journey Out of Loneliness rose out of a period of time when Cathey personally experienced a deep feeling of loneliness. As Go gave her more of the story line, Cathey put pen to paper, the first in her series Faith and Courage. Cathey, a mother of two adult sons, has two daughters-in-love, three granddaughters, and two grandsons. She lives in San Antonio, Texas, where she's involved in the Women's Ministry of First Baptist Church of Universal City. She is a member of the Christian Writers Group of San Antonio and Writers for Him. She has contributed devotions to the Universal City First Baptist Christmas Devotional for the past three years.
