Catherine has a bachelor's degree in psychology with a minor in addictive disorders, a master's degree in bible from Southern California Seminary, and a second master's degree in education from Grand Canyon University. She lived in Rabat, Morocco for a time where she was Chairwoman of the Welfare Committee of the American Women's Association helping needy people, schools and orphanages in the area.
