Catherine RanaeAnne Duval was born in 1982 in Provence. She spent part of her life in France, and during this time she learned many of the secrets of the art of embroidery. She is a renowned writer, interior designer and macrame teacher who has always had a talent or all things DIY. Since childhood she has had a passion for DIY. She decided to start training and specialize in sewing and embroidery. She traveled the world and decided to specialize in Italy. Catherine Ranae, after years of experience as a teacher, decided to produce a series of books on Macramé.
