Cary CollinsCary Collins has been writing history for nearly thirty years on an array of subjects that range from the military to American Indian and white relations and from local and regional history to railroads. A volunteer since 1998 at Tahoma National Cemeery in Maple Valley, Washington, he serves as Vice President of the Greater Maple Valley Veterans Memorial Foundation (a board position previously held by Storm McNeil) while teaching Military History of the United States at Tahoma Senior High School. Collins was raised in East Wenatchee, Washington, where he graduated from Eastmont High School in 1980.
