Carole J MooneyCarole Mooney is a mother, grandmother, and great grandmother (GG is how we say it). Those titles she wears most proudly, but she also includes the titles of art teacher, muralist, potter, and joyful advocate. Carole graduated from Boise State Univerity in 1998 with a degree in fine art, after thirty years of wedging her education into a life of work, play, and family. This culmination began the search for a way to make a living in that realm-no small feat! As she patched together her art business, she augmented with a wide variety of odd jobs. It turned into a crazy quilt of hidden gifts and led her to find the healing quality of creativity. Carole started giving "art parties" and found that talent is universal, it just needs discovery. She has taught art in schools, churches, clubs, shelters, and homes, giving creativity to those who need satisfaction and success.Carole was born and raised in Idaho with nine siblings, always a doggo, and usually two or three cats. Her little hometown of Melba was the picturesque and bucolic place to grow and learn the best lessons. That small community became a part of her large family, and still, those roots remain. She now lives in Boise, Idaho where she shares her home with Jack, her dog, three goldfish, and two cichlids. There has always been some magic helping her navigate an uneven world and now she is old enough to see it, strong enough to believe it, and delighted to share it. Read More Read Less
