Carol LehnertCarol was born in Massachusetts and showed talent in the arts from a very young age. She entered and won numerous poster contests, was runner-up in a national sewing contest, and won a cruise to Alaska after entering an art contest through a TV statin in San Francisco. In 1973, She obtained a BFA degree in Visual Design from the University of Massachusetts, North Dartmouth. That summer, she traveled to California and was introduced to her new home in South Lake Tahoe where she still currently lives. Carol took a 14-year hiatus from art and became involved in the corporate world as a Leader, Account Representative, and Corporate Account Manager with Weight Watchers. Color, texture, and form have always inspired her. She began creating three-dimensional objects in grade school and progressed to mediums that include paper, fabric, and stained glass.
