Carol A Josel

Carol A. Josel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Maine, as well as a Master of Reading degree and principal certification from Arcadia University. As a learning specialist, she worked with middle schoolers and theirparents at Pennsylvania's Methacton School District for 25 years before supervising student teachers at Ursinus College. Along with the booklet, 149 Parenting School-Wise Tips, she's authored Getting School-Wise: A Student Guidebook, Other-Wise and School-Wise: A Parent Guidebook, and ESL Activities for Every Month of the School Year, along with numerous articles for organizations such as CBS Philly, examiner.com, and the International Literacy Association.
